Level 3 Apprentice – Banking Operations
This role is designed to provide a structured development pathway into Banking Operations, combining practical experience across the Payments & Client Services function with a recognised Level 3 Financial Services Administrator Apprenticeship.
The Role
As a Level 3 Banking Operations Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across payments, client servicing, reconciliations, investigations, and regulatory processes while developing the skills needed for a successful career in financial services.
Working with teams across the bank, you’ll support day-to-day banking operations, help resolve payment queries, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to digital transformation and AI initiatives that are shaping the future of banking.
